Global Operations Leader - IT Vertical

CITY: Danbury STATE: Connecticut COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Identify and lead initiatives across the vertical to build capacity to grow as well as driving customer value and internal controllership. Team with P&L Functional Leaders to create strategy that best position the vertical to compete and deliver process excellence. Leverage the Center of Excellence capabilities globally to drive growth, productivity and process excellence.

*Lead cross-functional team to build processes to support US multi-national market. Ensure all platforms can support customer needs and drive efficiencies and repeatability in the process
*Identify key projects in the Order To Remittance process that are required to meet the aggressive growth targets of the vertical
*Interface with Originations, Tax, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance and IT to develop process consistency and metrics to be used across the vertical
*Identify controllership risks and launch required projects to address them
*Benchmark the market for best OTR practices. Apply learning's back to the vertical
*Support due diligences as required
*Understand Customer CTQ's and drive initiatives in the vertical to best create customer value
*Lead business integration activities across functions and P&L's

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years experience in Operations, Risk or Finance
*Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels across the organization
*Strong project management skills with track record of success leading complex initiatives
*Process orientated
*Change agent who can build a vision, drive consensus and lead the team to success
*Working knowledge of the Tech Finance Business and leasing
*Leadership experience working in a Global Environment
*Ability to be effective in a highly matrix environment, to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and drive change
*You must be willing to take a drug test

Desired:
*Experience leading acquisition integrations
*Certified BB, MBB or Quality Leader preferred
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field with advanced training in Project Management
