Account Manager, Operations, Google Audio - New York

This position is based in New York City, US.

The Account Manager is responsible for handling the ongoing technical and business requirements of a defined set of stations. The position will be the primary liaison between the station and Google Audio's staff. This includes all aspects of client technical support, business issue resolution and communication of Google Audio initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Resolve technical issues drawing from both your personal knowledgebase as well as other Google Audio employees.
Develop relationships with key decision makers in the organization to help Google Audio expand the breadth and depth of services used by stations.
Implement business requirement changes both from Google Audio and the radio station.
Collaborate with the operational team to identify key enhancements needed for improving management efficiency.
Utilize automated reporting to proactively implement solutions to increase total play rate.
Additional projects as requested.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Media-related field.
3-5 years of account management or customer support experience in a technical environment including software, ASP or web-based enterprises.
In-depth knowledge of interactive or broadcast.
Hands-on technical skills with the inquisitiveness to learn the products, work with them, and determine ways to improve them.
Superior communicator who is a strong, out-going leader.
Ability to work in a dynamic problem-solving environment and synthesize strategy, plans, and solutions.
