Responsibilities:
Manage the entire Sales Commissions function, processes and existing teams worldwide.
Build a high-performance team of highly skilled, motivated individuals who consistently exceed service levels to the business.
Play a leading role in the formation of Google Finance?s career development programs by creating rotational opportunities within the Sales Commissions organization.
Identify, evaluate and recommend information technology solutions to meet strategic objectives globally while achieving the lowest possible TCO.
Work closely with the Global FP&A and Accounting and Controls organization to ensure timely and accurate reporting of payments.
Lead and maintain SOX compliance in all Sales Commissions related activities.
Requirements:
BS/BA or equivalent in business or related field, MBA strongly preferred.
10-15+ years management experience in a public, multi-national, multi billion dollar company.
Excellent knowledge of commission payments processes, workflow and practices.
Prior knowledge of SOX requirements required.
Strong knowledge of technology and IT industry, products and trends.
A proven track record of building, motivating and retaining high-performance teams.
Experience managing teams, including staff in remote locations.
Ability to effectively communicate with executive management.
ERP experience a must with Oracle 11i being strongly preferred.
Excellent PC skills (including Excel, Microsoft Project, Power Point, etc.).
Ability to create a work environment that is motivating, productive and fun.
Excellent analytical skills and orientation to details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills and analytical abilities.
