The HR Data Leader models customer service for the function.  The role leads the Specialty Materials data team, identifies data and process issues, and works with the relevant owners to improve and re-design processes.  The position reports to the Specialty Materials Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS COE, and to the Honeywell HR Technology and Data Management Center of Excellence.  The Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS CoE within Specialty Materials provides specialist and consultative services to the human resources organization and to the businesses and functions.  The role must determine when to adhere to process, policy and procedure while and build credibility within the HR organization as the resident HR process and technology expert.  The Honeywell Data Management COE is responsible for establishing strategy for HR information delivery.

 Manage team of HR Process Administrators (5-6, most not co-located)Lead development and execution of consistent data management processes across SMSM Lead for GCA and PeopleSoft data integrity; develop audit process, create standard work processes; educate HR communityParticipate in other Data projects as they arise (eg Total Workforce Project) Lead any PeopleSoft organizational changes and integrationsProcess standardization and streamlining for PeopleSoft input and usage, focusing on US but responsible globallyLead rollout of global Data Warehouse and assisting HR with the tool’s functionality in support of HR Functional ExcellenceCensus reporting for Corporate, Functional Transformation, and Specialty Materials business requirementsProvide training, coaching and consulting support for HR on Global Data Standards, use of data, HR Data Warehouse and analytics, HR metrics, and security accessProject management for ongoing Global Data Standards implementations for the region or customer set
