HR Generalist - Chilled Direct Store Delivery

The HR Manager - Human Resources position will provide an HR Generalist perspective, leadership, coaching, skill development and support to the Central Division Sales organization. This position is directly accountable to lead, develop and execute the local HR Operating Plan and be a business partner in enabling the business to achieve their objectives. The position has responsibility for approximately 220 employees. This position provides generalist support to frontline field associates as well as strategic coaching to seasoned executives.

1. Provide HR generalist support to the Central Region of CDSD Sales in the areas of: ??Organizational Capability ??Recruiting and staffing ??Employee relations ??Compensation ??Performance management

2. With the Region Director, the person will be responsible for the development and execution of the Regional HR Operating Plan. The plan will contain strategic HR initiatives specific to the business needs within the Central Division. The person is expected to provide leadership & functional expertise in the following areas: ??Strategic staffing ??Diversity initiatives ??Union Free Environment ??Capability development (including training skill identification and career path development) ??Organization effectiveness ??Recognition/Incentive programs.

3.
