The current job opening is located in the Mid America sales region providing HR Manager support for an organization of 1,000 employees. This region is also supported by an HR Director. The organization is comprised of zones, which include union and non-union workforce. The HR Manager role includes serving as an employee advocate, functional expert, change agent and business partner. Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred
4-8 years Human Resources generalist experience
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
Change management skills
Union environment experience preferred
