Critical skills / knowledge / abilities required for this position include:
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing organization or supply chain operations field
- Experience in a formal continuous improvement process (TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.)
- Possess quick thinking and analytical skills, strategic focus, ability to develop innovative ideas
- Courageous leadership, sharing of ideas, driving for results
- Ability to build talent, foster inclusion, and support others
- Demonstrating operational and functional expertise in consumer packaging
- Strong computer technical skills. ?Proficient with PC software programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience developing and conducting training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ?Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. ?Ability to clearly communicate technical / system information to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and take initiative to resolve issues. ?Strong customer service approach / focus.
- Ability to travel some for this role (10%)
- BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Health and Safety, Food Science, Finance, Human Resources or Supply Chain related disciplines.
