Human Capital Consultant, Senior

Key Role: Consult to client organizations on the design, implementation, and evaluation of human resources (HR) programs. Apply functional expertise in areas across the HR life cycle. Apply knowledge of human capital trends and issues. Manage and contribute to a variety of projects by designing and structuring human capital projects. Lead and mentor project staff, manage project financials and client relationships, provide technical oversight, and build the future strategic human capital management business.



Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with providing strategic human resources or external organizational consulting services

-8+ years of experience in an HR functional area, including survey design, development, and analysis
-8+ years of experience with managing HR projects in a fast paced, high intensity, team-oriented environment
-PhD degree in Organizational Psychology or Industrial Psychology

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
