IOP Field Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities : This position is accountable for planning, directing, and controlling all phases of off site IOP phlebotomy operations to effectively contribute to the attainment of corporate objectives

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required, an Associates degree is preferred. Minimum 2 years experience within Field Operations, with six months experience in a Coordinator or Trainer Coordinator position. Equivalent experience in a similar position outside the department is acceptable. CLIA Technical Consultant eligibility is desired. A Technical Consultant must have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Sciences or Medical Technology and have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Sub-specialty - Hematology / Bleeding Times. Good performance review and passing department competency. Ability to perform complex problem solving and leadership skills required. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Advanced computer skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Working knowledge of regulatory, accrediting, and compliance requirements. Must be able to recognize problems, identify the cause, and determine solutions. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be experienced in all phases of phlebotomy. . Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license and dependable transportation, which will be used to travel to the various sites. Must demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Values of LSA / SQL.
