IRI SALES ANALYST POM WONDERFUL NEW POSITION

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Efficiently compile, organize and analyze sales related information and raw data in order to provide accurate real-time sales and marketing information pertaining to the management of sales.  Summarizes this information and presents it to management to grow business and maximize revenue.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Summarize data for the preparation sales operations reports. Collect and compile information for analysis of market studies, promotional effectiveness and distribution analysis.  Uses, analyzes, and improves current information gathering tools and reporting capabilities to ensure efficient turnaround.  Works with local management to improve reporting capabilities, data gathering techniques, and increase reporting efficiencies.  Special projects as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

 

? Four year business degree in accounting/finance or related field; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

IRI OR NEILSON BACKGROUND PREFERRED

? Must pay exceptional attention to detail, able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in an organized mannerMust have the ability to recognize and solve problems with solid business judgmentSolid written and verbal communication skills

? Must function well as part of a cohesive team with strong communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision

? Proficiency in Excel a must.

? Strong analytical skills.
