The Implementation Analyst position is within Fidelity’s Human Resources Services Company (FHRS). FHRS provides benefits outsourcing services to Fortune 500 companies within the Fidelity Employer Services Company (FESCo). The benefits outsourcing business encompasses Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Health & Insurance, and Human Resources/Payroll administration & services.

 

As an Implementation Analyst in the Fidelity Human Resources Services Company, you will act as a technical expert and key advisor with regard to infrastructure interfaces for client implementations. You will seek opportunities to provide value-added solutions for clients, while striving for efficient, repeatable methods and processes for implementing and supporting client business needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
oWith supervision, serve as an interface requirements specialist for client- driven projects.
oExecute well-defined project plans to analyze and capture requirements according to an established project methodology.
oFormulate logical statements of business and system requirements, research and evaluate alternative solutions.
oProvide input to functional and technical system design of interfaces.
oProvide insight and input to project plans and monitor progress against plans.
oMonitor and resolve project interdependencies both internal and external to the business unit.
oCommunicate project milestone feedback to project leads and functional management.
oManage issue resolution process with regard to requirements and design of interfaces.
oProvide resolution of issues, particularly those that cross products/projects or have broad ramifications.
oDefine, interpret and analyze problems with regard to system requirements and assist in the modification of the systems design.
oSelect and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems and/or process design.
oProvide input to test strategies and test plans, ensuring that appropriate and adequate testing is conducted for all interfaces.oAnalyze and document current workflows/methods and recommend process improvements.

oStrong experience with Human Resources/Benefits outsourcing.
oExperience with external client consulting.
oStrong analytical skills with proven ability to clearly define busines requirements and design/deliver solutions that meet client needs.
oStrong technical skills including a broad understanding of relational databases, file processing and web-enabling technologies
oExcellent interpersonal skills, ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners.
