POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Infra. Services - Analyst, Component Mgmt; Ensure world class service delivery processes to support : Service support processes: Asset Mgt.; Configuration Mgt.; Capacity Mgt.; Availability Mgt.; IT Svc Continuity; Svc LevelMgt.; IT Svc Continuity; IT Svc Financial Mgt.; Facilities Mgt. Provide input to development of an Infra. roadmap strategy for unified service delivery processes. Ensure Component support processes developed adhere to ITIL framework and infra. roadmap and are implemented to schedule. Ensure processes developed support Nissan organizations (e.g. AMO) and multi-vendor environments. Provide input to improve consistent metric and reporting framework/templates, including multi-level service delivery/financial dashboards. Ensure processes developed support all operational and governance requirements. Identify and develop continuous improvement strategies across all infrastructure processes (Change, Asset mgt, etc.). Work with non-IS orgs to tie into and utilize XF processes seamlessly into their processes (finance, domains). Provide input in developing Arch. roadmap strategies for all environments. Ensure transformation is successfully executed implementing ITIL processes. All service management processes listed above (Change, etc.). All component management processes listed above (Asset, etc.). Service/Performance Metrics definition/review process. Multi-vendor management processes. Operational Service Review Process. Service Delivery Governance Process. Service Disruption Escalation Process. iShift Financial Analysis and Decision Support Process. Architectural Roadmap Development Process. Project Planning/Approval Process. Budgeting Process. Forecasting Process. Approximately 20% day and overnight travel.
