Installation Manager

Founded in 1930, SDA Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Install Manager.  We are located downtown San Diego.

 

Installation Manager:


Position Summary:
This position is responsible for managing all installation personnel and installation activities for the San Diego branch office. The Install Manager is also charged with administering all key processes related to
the installation department including, but not limited to, hiring, training of Installation staff, building and promoting relationships with licensed sub-contractors, managing department expenses, and meeting
the goals as defined by our customers expectations and scheduling requirements. The Install Manager assists with scheduling activities, communicating with customers and technicians, and following up on
equipment orders.  The Installation Manager is also charged with administering the installation paperwork process including the review/approval of new sales, billing of completed jobs, and warehouse/inventory management.

 

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Demonstrates successful operations experience in the security
systems industry with a minimum of five years related job experience.
2. Supervisory experience required.
3. Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, and industry
related applications.
4. Good verbal and written communications skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. College graduate with a BS/BA degree a plus.
7. Well-organized, self-starter, capable of functioning with
minimal supervision.
