JFK Operations Manager

Leading aviation service provider seeking manager to oversee a large operation at JFK.  Ideal candidate must have prior leadership experience in an aviation service environment in an operation of 100+ flights, both wide/narrow body aircraft.  Responsibilities not limited to:

 Aircraft services and security checks to multiple airline specificationsOptimum staff scheduling of 200+ emps to match airline schedulesMaximization of equipment utilization with regular maintenance schedulingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work flexible schedule, achieve company financial, safety and customer service goals, adaptable to changing dynamics of airport environments.

 

Candidate must have excellent leadership skills and take-charge attitude, able to deal with day-to-day ops as well as future planning.
