Janitorial Forepersons & District Manager

Metropolitan Building Maintenance is a locally-owned, commercial cleaning company.  For over 60 years, we have been providing a full range of janitorial services in major office buildings and medical research/treatment facilities throughout the Puget Sound Region.

 

Our affiliation with the Service Employees International Union, Local 6 guarantees living payrates and generous benefits to approximately 275 janitors and forepersons.

 

We are currently hiring experienced forepersons (someone who supervises the crew at a specific jobsite) and district managers (someone who oversees forepersons and independent janitors at multiple jobsites). 

 

Management requirements include:

  *  Extensive janitorial experience

  *  Good verbal and written communication skills

  *Professional appearance and demeanor

  *  Responsible, reliable, self-motivated, and personable character

*  Experienced in scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance management

  *  Washington State Driver's License
