Premier is the division of Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions that offers private tutoring options for students preparing for pre-college exams, and is one of the fastest-growing areas of our company. Qualifications:
Hiring, training and general management of program staff
o Significant P&L/budget management
o Hiring, training, management, and professional development of tutors
o Development and implementation of local advertising and promotional programs
o Book-keeping and accounting tasks, including payroll, accounts receivable, and enrollment management
o Hands-on service delivery

Requirements:
o Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree preferred)
o 3-5+ years of service industry, business management, or education experience
o Aggressive marketing skills
o P & L management experience
o Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and team motivation skills
o Excellent organizational and planning skills
o Problem solving, decision making and creative thinking abilities
o Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and polished presentation skills
o High energy level
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
o Some local travel is required
o Ability to work occasionally during evenings and weekends
