LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Maldonado Nursery & Landscaping, Inc. a leader in providing quality Landscaping, Irrigation and Maintenance Services to commercial and residential customers in San Antonio, Austin and surrounding areas, is currently seeking an Operations Manager for the San Antonio, TX landscape maintenance operations.

 

Responsibilities: The qualified candidate?s duties for this position will include but are not limited to: manage, direct and supervise all maintenance operations within our San Antonio area.  The position is completely responsible for the success of its projects that includes client relations, crew management and development, lead and direct Account Managers, insure safety, quality control, enhancement sales and business development.

 

Requirements: Candidate must have 3 to 5 years related work experience and must have a good knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices.  An associated degree in landscape, horticulture or related field is recommended.  A 4-year degree or equivalent is a plus.  Must be a team player with strong communication skills, be able to organize, implement and promote production goals and be detail oriented.  Valid drivers license.  Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
