Lead Associate - Online Account Services

Your job is to provide business analysis and support to a project throughout its entire lifecycle - develop conceptual design, develop business requirements definition, build and manage a project plan, create test scripts, execute test scripts, provide implementation support, and post-implementation support. Your job will effectively create and maintain documentation in support of projects.

Basic Qualifications
You are a College Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience in web design, business redesign, or project management. You are knowledgeable of the Financial Services industry. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills. You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. You are highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.
