Lead, Customer Experience - Lands' End

The Lands' End Lead role is focused on enhancing the experience of our customers and driving sales through: Providing proactive support to Customers and Associates, Execution of Merchandise & Visual Presentation Standards, Ensuring the sales floor is Ready all Day, Facilitating the efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.

Qualifications
Takes ownership for enhancing the customer experience within area of responsibility and entire store when acting as Customer Service Manager. Leads by example to set a Customer focused environment for entire team. Provides daily coaching and training for Lands' End Consultant on Fast, In-Stock and Helpful tactics to enhance each Customer's experience. Observes Lands' End Consultants execution of customer interaction and provides coaching and training where opportunities exist (e.g., Smile and say, "Hi! Welcome to the Lands' End Shop at Sears" to every Customer that comes within working area). Personnally understands and teaches signals for help and how to respond immediately to Customers. Partners with Selling Associates and Cashiers to provide Fast, In-Stock and Helpful Service. Reviews sales performance daily and reacts immediately to opportunities and deficiencies. Coaches and trains Lands' End Consultants on the LE Shop Merchandise & Visual Presentation Standards and their impact on Sales and Customer Service. Walks the sales floor with Lands' End Consultant Team making adjustments to ensure each department is easy to shop.
