Lead Operations Associate - Philadelphia, PA

Netflix, the world's largest online DVD movie rental company, is searching for a Lead Operations Associate.

In this hands-on supervisory position you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in maintaining a productive environment.

This will include:

~Assist with training of employees
~Ensure production requirements and goals are met
~Set up, operate, and maintain equipment in accordance with written and verbal instructions
~Ability to troubleshoot, resolves problems, and helps implement corrective actions
~Implementation of new equipment and/or processes
~Compiling and furnishing production information and statistics as requested

The ideal candidate will be a reliable, dependable and independent worker with strong organizational, technical and mechanical skills.
Essential requirements:

~Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
~Experience troubleshooting machinery and systems
~High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
~Clean DMV record and valid driver?s license
~The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
~Must meet the requirements of a DOT exam
~Ability to lift 50 lbs.
~Minimum of 6 months as a Lead or Supervisor and 1 year minimum experience in a production environment preferred
