CITY: St. Paul STATE: Minnesota COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
o Accurate and efficient data entry of invoice documents
o Accurate and efficient data entry of payment remittance
o Preparation of invoice documents for scanning and mailing
o Scanning invoice documents using high speed scanning equipment
o Filing of remittance batches and invoice documents


Qualifications/Requirements:
o High School Diploma or GED and six months related experience with filing and/or data entry
o Previous experience utilizing a PC
o You must be willing to take a drug test
o You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
o Must be willing to work in an office in St. Paul, MN.
o You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
