Function: Chief liaison responsible for materials trafficking between Lifestyle Support Center and clubs. Supports Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Member Services and IS departments in coordinating the delivery of materials and equipment into the clubs and properly maintaining inventories of materials within clubs and LSC warehouse spaces.

Principle Duties
Candidate must be self motivated, well organized, able to multi-task, and work well with others. This position will report to the Club Services Manager and assist with, and perform a variety of material distribution, inventory management, and vendor management duties. Position may require some light lifting and some local travel. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the logistics and distribution fields. This is for distribution within the continental United States.
? Scheduling the shipment and delivery of material to various club locations from suppliers.
? Coordinate with courier & trucking companies for delivery or pickup of material and supplies
? Coordinate vendor managed inventory and maintain records and files.
? Compile, record, and track pertinent delivery data on computer.
? Coordinate materials, resources & information between various LSC departments and clubs.
? Able to develop and maintain an active and organized relationship with LSC Department heads & suppliers.
? Able to develop and maintain an active and organized relationship with the clubs as customers.
? Develop and maintain various records, spreadsheets and supporting documentation concerning club and warehouse inventories.
? Coordinate the fulfillment of new exercise equipment and furnishings into new pre sale and full size clubs.
? Maintain documents, spreadsheets, and files regarding supplier inventories and activities.
? Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
? Act as liaison between uniform supplier and clubs.
? Develops and maintains effective working relationships with managers, team members, and vendors.
? Assists with development of training & communications resources to support processes both internally and externally.
? Develops process oriented documentation (step/action tables and associated text) for efficient distribution of resources.
? Assists in reducing costs associated with materials transportation.
? Maintains a high level of professionalism, communications and organization in transporting materials between clubs, from LSC to clubs, from warehouses to clubs and from vendors to clubs.
? Understands and is able to effectively manage the LFF Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

? Proficient in all Microsoft Office Professional software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access plus).
? Ability to understand technical direction and execute as directed.
