Mailroom Manager

Small Payroll Company seeks full-time mailroom manager.

The job entails managing existing mailroom personnel and

being the primary liaison between the mailroom and other

departments within the office.

Responsibilities will also include about 15 hours of mailroom

work (weekly): packaging outgoing payrolls, answering phones,

and maintaining office supplies. This position has the potential

to control the work flow and subsequent output of the entire

organization and therefore is of the utmost importance.

Eligible candidate should possess excellent verbal communication

skills, and great attention to detail. Minimal computer skills

required and training is available. Position is crucial to the

success of our rapidly growing company and has unlimited growth

potential. The right candidate will have drive, common sense and

the ability to meet and exceed production requirements in a team

atmosphere.

Custom Payroll Services is a service bureau located on Aylesbury

road in Timonium, MD. We process payrolls for our over 300 clients

all over the country. We have been in business for 11 years

and boast a 98% client retention rate.

Benefits include, health, dental, and

flexible spending plan. Working hours are Monday through Thursday

8:30 - 5:30, Friday 8:30 - 3:30.
