Management Associate

 

We are searching for Manager in Training candidates that will be assigned to a branch or multiple branches and will learn all aspects of branch operations and business planning.  Associates will gain exposure to all day-to-day activities of the branch, P/L statements, customer service, inside and outside sales strategies, and other business initiatives designed to maximize branch performance and profitability.  Candidates will also be exposed to the service and delivery process, inventory control, promotions, displays and store presentation, equipment purchasing, price setting, and other efforts to increase market share.

 

Ideal candidates must have the ability to re-locate after initial assignment and should possess:A college or university degree with 3-5 years of operations/sales experience; Fleet management, car rental, retail or related industry experience preferred;At least 1 year supervisory experience;P/L management experience; Superior customer service skills in a fast-paced, high transaction business culture;Effective communication and organizational skills;Computer literacy.

 

Upon completion of on the job and formal training, candidates will be expected to relocate with assistance to an available branch management position within the assigned District or Region.
