Management Sales & Operations Trainee

Trailer Fleet is an equipment leasing company serving the commercial truck trailer needs of businesses in North America.

This position provides an opportunity to start on the ground floor with our West Coast team of experienced managers.

Learn management, entrepreneurial and decision making skills in a fast paced industry. Successful trainees quickly move to management roles in sales, operations or customer service.

Preferred candidates will have a college degree and two years of business experience. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written skills in addition to the ability to quickly absorb multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Proficiency in a Windows based environment is required.

Prior transportation business and/or customer service related experience is a plus.

Total compensation package commensurate with education and experience.
