Manager, Front End Operations

Kable Fulfillment Services, a leading provider of magazine and list fulfillment services for more than 50 years, is seeking a Manager of Front End Operations in our Louisville, Colorado Facility.

Position Summary:??

Responsible for the overall direction and operational functions of the Front End Department.? Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of this business unit.? Coordinates Front End activities personally and through subordinate supervisors.? Receives and resolves client disputes.? Promotes good employee relations practices.? Provides problem resolution for clients and account management.?

Major Responsibilities:

??? Directs the overall management of Front End Operations, which includes Mail Opening, Remittance Processing, Data Entry, Accounting and AS400 (Membership System) to ensure clients needs and contract requirements are met.

??? Responsible for the direction and operational functions of the Front End Operations which include planning, organizing, controlling and budgeting all activities of this business unit.?

??? Coordinates Front End Operations activities personally and through subordinate supervisors.

??? Promotes good employee relations.?

??? Works with account management to investigate and recommend problem resolution for any client issues.

??? Provide and implement recommendations for improving operational quality and efficiency.

?? Investigate equipment and software that will aid in the expansion of Front End Operations or improve processes and/or quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS

??? Ability to establish goals, objectives and strategies for Front End Operations

??? Ability to direct the activities of employees.

??? Must be able to coordinate and maintain control on staff, equipment, space and materials.

??? Ability to assist with researching and analyzing equipment or technology that would improve efficiency, processes, quality or provide a new service.

??? Must be able to handle and solve operational problems by researching and communicates the resolution to the appropriate areas.

??? Must coordinate workflow to meet schedules and service levels for all client contracts.

??? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.?

??? Ability to analyze and develop budgets, produce client communications and client presentations.

??? Bachelor?s degree in business or related field from four year college or university; and/or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
