Position Overview:
The Manager, Regulatory Compliance (level E10) will manage the process and people responsible for assuring regulatory compliance of all labeling and nutritional information for all domestic and international products. ?Partner with SRA?s internal and external customers to provide regulatory compliance guidance to ensure superior service leadership to meet the business expectations to both protect the core business and grow the portfolio.

Principal Accountabilities:
? Manage and coach Regulatory Compliance team in the completion of daily operations which support PepsiCo worldwide beverage and foods businesses.
? Establish themselves as a category expert supporting existing novel brands and new product platforms
? Manage and assure ?product registrations compliance with Scientific and Regulatory Affairs policies and procedures
? Provide compliance expertise to meet the business needs of Marketing, Graphics, Legal, PD and CR teams in the area of labeling, product concept and formulation
? Utilize performance-based measurements to evaluate and implement process improvements and simplification
? Develop and implement training tools to communicate with internal and external partners.

Knowledge and Experience:
? A bachelor?s degree in science with a minimum 8 years experience in the food/beverage regulatory area OR master s degree in science with a minimum of 5 years experience in food/beverage regulatory area
? Minimum 1-2 years experience managing support staff
? Strong attention to detail & accuracy and process management
? Excellent communication & presentation skills
? Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and distribute workload
? Strong sense of urgency to meet aggressive timing
? Strong working knowledge of Food Law and PV/FMS databases preferred
