RMA Production Mgr Manage daily RMA activities @ Contract Manufacturer. Manage the  RMA Quality, by product by customer. Manage the RMA repair turn-around time to ensure customer requirements. Manage the RMA inventory, component availability to ensure timely repair of RMA units. Manage  the RMA data collection and publish as part of the monthly and quarterly Quality Mgmt review Interface with Customer Service logistics Operation to ensure on-time delivery of customer requirements. Interface with Customer Service logistics Operations to ensure adequate level of product availability at various depots globally. Interface with Supply Chain to ensure availability of components for timely repair operations. Interface with Operations Finance to ensure adherence to budget guidelines. Responsible for inventory and data accuracy at Contract Manufacturer? Repair Facility. 

Qualifications: Bs/BA in Engineering or Mfg Technology 5-10 yrs Experience in RMA repair operations Experience in Telecom with Belcore and TL9000 experience a strong plus.
