We are currently seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations to oversee all aspects of the Front-End Operations (billing data entry and unbilled processes) for the Dallas, Gulf Coast, Pacific Northwest, and St. Louis Business Units.  While managing a department of 110 to 130 full-time employees, the successful candidate will improve upon departmental metrics and employee satisfaction month-over-month. The Manager will also build and enhance Front End Operations? relationship with Branch Operations, Sales, and the Business Unit Leadership Team (BULT) Leadership.  This includes objective setting, unit performance review, and issue resolution, defining customer needs, process change communication, and revenue service front-end content knowledge expertise.

 

Primary duties include:

?  Identifying and resolving issues that lead to lost revenue thus decreasing bad debt, unbilled write-offs, and MLCP write-offs

?  Managing missing information performance and action plan process through close coordination with the internal and external customers

?  Implementing and maintaining best practices/integration initiatives to improve the performance of front-end operations

?  Assisting internal and external customers? of Revenue Services to understand the objectives of the National Revenue Services organization

 

Qualifications:

?  BA/BS or equivalent experience; MBA & Green Belt/Black Belt Certification preferred

?  A minimum of 3-years healthcare billing experience and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience

?  Experience in managing a large line organization both locally and remotely

?  Project management experience with a remote project team desirable

?  Extensive knowledge of all billing processes

?  Strong leadership, including team building and empowerment skills

?  Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues to executive leadership as well as front line employees

?  Creative problem solving and analytical skills

?  Proven ability to drive resolution of billing issues with internal and external customers

?  Ability to travel 25% of the time to Business Units and National Billing Office (Norristown, PA)
