This is a unique opportunity to lead the quality control of the travel deals Travelzoo publishes by managing our Test Booking Center? and the staff. This group is responsible for testing the validity of travel deal advertisements, ensuring that Travelzoo's subscribers only receive the highest-quality information. In addition, you are to review current quality control procedures and coordinate with Travelzoo's Producers to further improve the testing and feedback systems.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
- 4 years professional experience (some experience in quality control and/ fact-checking)
- General experience and/ knowledge of the travel industry a plus
- Experience in training, managing, and hiring staff
- Strong communication, management and organizational skills
- Bachelor?s degree minimum
