The Manager must have the ability to project the desired Company image of courteous and friendly service to our customers.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall financial and operational effectiveness of the assigned retail outlet, and exercise management control over facility operations. These include budgeting, inventory, cash control, expense control, staffing, merchandise pricing, security, and maintenance.
Responsible for managing a crew of up to 15 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training employees; preparing work schedules, assigning and directing work.
Knowledge of cash register, charge card machines; accountable for handling of all monies and balancing during respective shifts. Daily verification of assets (cash, fuel, and inventory) and makes daily deposits.
Must possess strong customer service skills and previous management experience, in the convenience store industry desirable.
