Expedite and resolve escalated issues on Home Equity applications that are currently in process and occasionally, after they are booked, by using expertise gained through experience and/or training, leveraging credit relationships (Underwriting, Processing, Credit Risk) and using applicable systems. Escalated issues include resolving sensitive/complex problems communicated by CBNA Financial Centers, marketing and management as well as other internal staff members. The position will be responsible for managing each application with a high level of sensitivity and a "customer first" sales orientation. The position will be responsible for logging and tracking issues identified during the process. Cycle time, pipeline management, booking goals and survey results will also be a primary focus of the MRS. Developing and maintaining relationships with both CBNA Financial Centers and internal staff will be required. Document Review Certification and Loan Validation are required certifications that will be obtained during training. Other duties within the department will be assigned as needed.



Strong communication skills, customer focus, time management, process management and teamwork required. Underwriting knowledge, ability to interpret appraisal/title reports, credit analysis, and income analysis. Working proficciency in ACAPS, CitiSmart, DLS, CUSTOM a plus, and PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. The information listed within this description is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work. It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive account of all the responsibilities, and/or qualifications required of an employee assigned to this position. No relocation available.
