POSITION IS LOCATED IN CHANTILLY, VIRGINIA

Position duties include but are not limited to:
Position responsible for the following:
- Wholesale: Track production reporting and prepare monthly Sales, Stock and Production reports
- Company Vehicles: Manage Company vehicle use program for all employees, including vehicles going to auction, traveler pick-up and turn-in process; track and maintain monthly spreadsheet of all Company vehicles; ensure compliance to Company vehicle policies; and manage Company vehicle ordering
- Tracking and Special Reports: track employee performance against sales and wholesale objectives; manage reward and recognition programs measuring employee performance against objectives; and assist management with other reports as required.
- Prepare communications and analyze financial data as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor Business Administration Degree
Requirements include but are not limited too:
2 - 5+ years customer service experience; and/or 2+ years automotive dealer (esp. customer service and vehicle scheduling) experience; Computer proficient with strong MS Office (esp. Excel) experience; basic financial data analysis experience and ability to work with numbers, formulas, and percentages; great communications skills, especially writing and interpersonal skills; must be able to multi-task within short time-tables.
Ideal candidates will be from greater Washington DC metropolitan area, including Maryland and Northern Virginia.
Candidates must be eligible for full-time, indefinite employment in the United States.
