We are looking to hire a certified Master Black Belt to support senior management with the identification of projects to drive process improvements and to coach Black Belts, Green Belts, and those who are seeking Six Sigma Certification.

 

General responsibilities for these positions include: Develop project scope, plan, schedule, and project deliverables as needed.Work with Black and Green Belt candidates to help them utilize Six Sigma tools to implement solutions to business issues.Lead and participate in cross functional teams to develop process improvements and systems that will improve overall operations.Ensure new market start-up locations are opened with flawless execution.  Make recommendations and oversee implementation of recommended actions.

 

We are looking for superstars!  To qualify you must have: Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business Administration preferred.Master Black Belt Certification required.Excellent leadership, time management, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Experience in leading cross functional teams with no direct line reporting authority.Assist team members with other projects as needed.Experience with multiple location & multiple product businesses is a plus.Team oriented and ability to multi-task.Responsible & dependable-comfortable working with deadlines. Strong organizational skills. Able to effectively communicate with various levels of management and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times.Able to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment.Able to work independently ? self starter.
