Motor Vehicle Violation Representative

CITY: Dallas STATE: Texas COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Responsible for processing Motor Vehicle violations
* Direct communication with customer, State DMV offices, and various state jurisdictions regarding Motor Vehicle violations
* Research outstanding violations utilizing appropriate systems
* Determine whether payment of violation is required by GE or by customer
* Request check for payment of violations. Ensure all required documentation accompany request
* Monitor billing and payment of violations
* Review property tax payment requests and determine payment whether payment to be made by GE or customer
* Maintain records of paid violations and outstanding violations
* Participate in the development, documentation, execution & compliance of SOPs and training materials for Motor Vehicle Violations Follow Up Team
* Ensure system data integrity by adhering to Risk policies and procedures
* Work with P&Ls & Functions to resolve MV Violation issues
* Handle escalations of internal/external customer inquiries
* Participate in special projects & assigned initiatives (e.g., Integrations, Six Sigma efforts, etc.)
* Maintaining CEF global risk operations functions compliance/integrity standards
* Support all systems related initiatives in Dallas and Danbury
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* High School Diploma
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Detail oriented & customer centric
* Ability to work independently as well as in team setting

Desired:
* Lease / Loan Documentation
* Working knowledge of Infolease and/or PMS, Siebel Requests
* Windows, Heavy Excel, & Word Skills, Business Objects
* Lease and Loan Industry Experience
