Operates production machinery to accomplish required tasks of processing payments, producing statements or producing plastics for Citi Cards customers.
? Set up, operate and troubleshoot all department machinery. 
? Replace machine consumables.
? Train newly hired employees.
? Complete production logs and reconcile production data.
? Interface with vendor field engineers.


 

? High school diploma or equivalent.
? 1 to 2 years machine operator experience preferred.
? Vendor certifications preferred. 
? Knowledge of processing timeframes.
? Mechanical aptitude.
? Ability to stand for long periods of time.
? Ability to lift 40 pounds.
? Adequate product and process knowledge to assist in testing new products or jobs.
? Basic PC skills, basic math skills.
