Florida Physicians Medical Group is currently seeking for an experienced Office Manager for an office in the Umatilla/Eustis area. Candidate must have the following qualifications:

 Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Previous Management experience in medical group practice environment preferred. Management of a General Surgery practice a plus. Considerable knowledge of effective supervisory and management techniques. Knowledge and the ability to use a computer and related software?s. Demonstrated ability to identify problems with in an office setting and develop feasible solutions. Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, verbally and in writing. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control procedure, program planning, implementation skills, employee development and performance management skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze, develop, establish, and maintain efficient office work flow and administrative processes. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to adjust to work hours, when necessary to accommodate emergencies, patient load, vacations, sick days etc.
