Do you have management experience in distribution/logistics? The Inbound/Outbound Manager is responsible for overseeing the receiving and shipping functions. This position also assists in creating a strong work teams, develops action plans for conducting internal analyses and gap identification, as well as helps resolve employee relations issues.

This physical position also monitors department budget on a monthly basis, conducts weekly staffing reviews, and communicates with carrier regarding store loads and backhauls. 5 years work experience in distribution, logistics, and management Experienced in automated retail distribution center preferred Strong analytical and math skills and excellent attention to detail Familiarity with WMS functionality Understanding of human resource practices and OSHA and FDA regulations Proficiency in MS Office applications Planning and forecasting skills Ability to problem solve and make effective decisions for process improvement Stong communication skills, written and verbal
