On-Site Property Manager

Property manager for 31 unit timeshare resort.

 

Job Purpose:

Maintains property and units by prioritizing projects within set budget; managing maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, and front desk staff; maintaining and securing premises and protecting the interest of the owners.


Duties:

* Oversee departments, hire new employees, schedule training for new hires.


* Work with department heads to accomplish projects in a timely manner while being cost effecient.


* Attract new owners by onsite advertising.

 

* Maintains property by investigating and resolving owner/guest complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting units and oversee repairs; planning renovations; contracting with local merchants for services.


* Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services when needed and supervising repairs.


* Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.


* Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.


* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.


Skills/Qualifications:

Computer skills with experiance in computer office programs, Timeshare and RCI knowledge preferred, Motivation for Sales, Meeting Sales Goals,  Prospecting Skills, Professionalism, Internal Communications, Listening, Communication Processes and general common sense.
