Operations Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional person to join a dynamic and forward-thinking US team. We are seeking an efficient Operations Assistant to join our Operations team, ensuring that all administrative functions are handled in a professional and timely manner.  Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Receive and process all inbound orders.Verify compliance of all orders prior to processing.Invoice completed orders.Issue credits and rebills as requested by the Finance Center.Ship and receive domestic and international packages and letters.Provide the corporate office with a monthly count of inventory to ensure stock of established minimum counts.Generate licensing files.Help customers with installation issues.Maintain customer database.Coordination of additional projects as required, including Marketing activities and tracking.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

 Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, specifically Microsoft Office and customer relationship management databases.Take initiative to complete projects efficiently.Well organized, attention to detail, strong follow-up/follow-through skills, dependable, punctual, strong work ethic. Energetic and enthusiastic team player.Excellent and effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).Promotes excellence by providing superior customer service to each internal/external customer.
