Operations Coordinator (Rancho Cordova)

Specialized Rancho Cordova company is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the operations and financial departments in daily activities. This position will be responsible for but not limited to updating customer data, shipping customer equipment, job scheduling, and maintaining the purchase order system.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
2+ years administrative experience required. Highly skilled candidates must have intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of or experience with Quickbooks a plus. Experience in a construction or similar project orientated environment would be ideal.
