Operations Manager

Urban Retail Properties Co., a leading national shopping center management company, seeks an experienced Operations Manager at Tanglewood Mall in Roanoke, Virginia.  Responsibilities include setting up operations systems, bidding and selecting service contractors, establishing standard operating procedures for the mall, hiring, training and overseeing maintenance staff of three. Experience in commercial property operations and/or maintenance required. Candidates must have chilled water plant energy management and electric power distribution experience. Candidate must be able to work with coworkers, contractors, tenants, and vendors.  Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have proven track record of independently handling significant responsibilities.  Must be able to meet strict deadlines and be eager to work as a team. Knowledge of basic computer skill is required.
