DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an extremely motivated Operations Manager to develop and manage a territory with excellent potential.  This is a high growth opportunity, meant for an individual that is extremely goal driven and experienced in achieving success in driving business results through outstanding people leadership.  The ideal candidate is accustomed to and thrives at working independently and is excited about the prospects of helping build a young company with amazing growth prospects.  The ideal candidate has had experience creating and executing systems to improve operating results.
This exciting, innovative position will report directly to the Franchise Owner.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, grow and manage new territory Build relationships with commercial accounts and sell our services Represent our company as the brand advocate in community and networking events Develop the business into the ?Role Model? franchise Manage all daily activities to include fleet management, recruiting, staffing, scheduling, marketing, office, truck operations, sales, and corporate compliance Inspire employees to achieve set goals by coaching them on driving revenue and marketing Monitor results periodically with Franchisor Create and execute long tem business plans and budgets Use proprietary software, outlook, excel, word, and power point at an advanced level Ensure our people are respected, taken care of and enjoy their jobs

EDUCATION:

 University degree in business, sales or marketing preferred.  Graduate Degree a plus.

EXPERIENCE: 

Prior retail, transportation and/or customer service management experience ideal.
