Operations Manager, Transaction Products

Your job is to manage all Transaction Products Operations processes and personnel. You ensure that all operational functions are performed in a timely and accurate manner within all form policies and procedures. You oversee all aspects of employee development and full performance management. You ensure flawlessness execution and settlement of trades. Your daily responsibilities include: trade settlement, accurate Profit & Loss reporting, fail control, resolving Financial Advisor inquiries around sales credit and commissions, reconciling trading accounts and trade discrepancies, and client servicing. You are responsible for trade Support's Operational Risk Control, including: Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Control Standards and monthly Metrics, National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) inquiries, Operational Ernst & Young, and Internal Audits. You maintain written procedures of the functions of each trading desk. You participate in various projects including Disaster Recovery, and annual 1009 process.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a Bachelor's Degree. You have 10 years experience in the Operations & Security Industry.
