Busy Commercial Holiday Decorating Company (Holiday Illuminations, Inc.), located in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an energetic, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee company-wide operations. The ideal candidate will be willing to work long hours during peak season (September-January) and will be highly organized with proven management ability. Off-season hours will be less demanding and more flexible.

 

Experience should include scheduling, warehouse operations management and inventory control. Only self-motivated, independent thinkers should apply. Since this position reports directly to the owner and is highly autonomous, experience owning and operating a business will be a plus. Although not required, sales and customer service background is also desirable. If you have the desire to succeed, the willingness to work hard and the proven ability to manage operations as well as people then we want to talk with you!

Busy commercial maintenance and landscape company (Palm Beach Maintenance, Inc.), located in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an energetic, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee company-wide operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, team player with proven management ability and a maintenance and/or landscaping background. In order to be successful in this position, the chosen candidate will need to be able to manage strong personalities in both superiors as well as subordinates and be willing to do whatever needs to be done to get the job done.

 

Experience should include sales, operations and P&L responsibility and proven customer service aptitude. Although not required, a bachelor?s degree in management or a related field of study would be a plus. If you have the desire to succeed, the willingness to work hard and the proven ability to manage operations as well as people then we want to talk with you!
