Operations Manager in Waterford CT
What is the role of an Operations Manager?
The person in this position is responsible for all aspects of store operations.? This position is to support and assist store management, so they have the ability to drive business, sell, and develop the sales team.? The position is one that requires excellent organizational skills and significant attention to detail.? The position requires the ability to assist and train store personnel with the operational duties, so they are accurate and consistent with company policies and procedure.
How will you be compensated?
This is a salaried position, plus commission, plus a monthly override and a qualifying yearly bonus plan based on store controllable losses.? Store controllable losses consist of the following, shrink, scrap, cash shortages, credit card charge backs, and bounced checks.?
What is the schedule?
The hours required for this position is a 50 hour ? 5 day a week schedule.? During physical inventories and the holiday season extra hours maybe required to complete the job successfully.
