Operations Project Manager

Job Description:

The Office Manager manages the day to day operations of the Seattle, Washington office. In addition, the Office Manager executes on corporate objectives, encourages and fosters communication between internal departments, and develops and implements procedures to improve operational efficiency.  

 

Required:

Operations Management:

? Manage all aspects of facility operations including equipment and furnishings procurement, supply purchasing, service vendor coordination, and security.

? Manage capital improvement projects including budget, contractor bids, design, construction, and project completion.

? Develop and build policies and procedures to effectively service both LizardTech customers and internal departments.

? Manage the Office Assistant and Sales Assistant, insuring that previously defined performance expectations are met or exceeded.

 

Finance Liaison:

? Serve as the primary point of contact between the Corporate Finance team located in Portland, Oregon and the LizardTech office.

? In conjunction with Corporate Finance assist as necessary with the monthly sales reconciliation, insuring accurate Sales reporting and commissions.

 

Product Release Management:

? Manage LizardTech product releases, coordinating with Development, Sales, and Product Management.

? Provide direction regarding product packaging and physical builds to adequately convey LizardTech?s branding image while still successfully managing Cost of Goods.

? Develop product release strategy; ensure favorable vendor relationships, reasonable costs, timeliness, and inter-departmental communication.

 

Optional:

GSA/Revenue Recognition:

? Manage GSA Schedule for LizardTech, insuring accurate price lists, adherence to GSA guidelines, and timely reporting.

? Work in conjunction with LizardTech Sales Management to establish policies and procedures regarding product delivery and revenue recognition to satisfy the goals of Management and meet financial reporting requirements.
