Job Description ABS „« Daily reconciliation of Summit to PolyPaths of pool positions and hedges, reporting differences to the Middle Office/Front Office. „« Daily Futures Reconciliation between Summit and Clearing Broker. „« Update funding numbers in TEAM. „« Review and accept CAS file (trade tickets) into to Team and upload into Summit „« Receive and file required documentation for new pool purchases. „« Send necessary wires for pool purchases and returning of funds to servicers „« Confirm Treasuries and Futures tickets that have been entered in Team „« Receive remittances and apply cash amounts to the appropriate receivable/ GEAC accounts. „« Complete bi-weekly reconciliation of pools between Summit and CAS „« Work with Front Office to reconcile accrued interest receivable between Summit and CAS on a monthly basis „« Reconcile Trust Receipts to safe monthly. „« Reconcile loan level detail between CAS and Servicers on a monthly basis. BRIC „« Daily reconciliation of Summit to PolyPaths of pool positions and hedges, reporting differences to the Middle Office/Front Office „« Coordinate with The Bank of New York on settlement of all bonds. „« Verify Liability trades in Summit based on trade ticket provided by Front Office. „« Manage Monthly Client Statement process. „« Perform Monthly custody reconciliation. „« Perform Monthly Uninvested Cash reconciliation.
