Operations Specialist - Customer Loans

The Operations division of Edward Jones currently has an opening for a Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Deliver A++ Service and First Contact Resolution when responding to verbal and written inquiries from branches and other departments.
-Successfully complete Customer Loan Level 1 training. This will include classroom and independent study, practical application, proficiency testing and coaching/observation evaluations.
-Demonstrate ability to manage work within defined deadlines, to utilize all resources effectively and to problem solve while meeting service expectations of internal customers.

Requirements:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Customer service experience
-Effective communication skills via phone.
-Multitasking and strong organizational skills.
-Ability to work unsupervised within a teamwork environment.
-A bachelor's degree is preferred.
