PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE: 

The Operations Support Analyst for Service Delivery will serve a critical role in supporting the company?s needs for detailed business information to help shape strategy and grow revenue. The analyst will work closely with other internal departments to ensure that accurate and timely data is presented in reports that drive decision making.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce regular ongoing reports in a reliable and timely fashion.Write SQL queries to support departmental needs for ad-hoc reporting.Provide information support by utilizing software applications, database knowledge, and business expertise to meet business needs. Support the design, development, testing, and rollout of new operations support systems as well as enhancements to existing systems.Participate in special project task forces as they affect Service Delivery.Develop and maintain business process documentation; ensure process maps reflect current procedures, flows and tasking. Develop new reports, maintain and trouble-shoot existing reports.Provide daily operational and user support on internal reports and the workforce management application.Provide ongoing support of the HealthCam Resource module.Assist with maintenance and administration of the workforce management application.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education and Experience:

? Four-year college degree in computer sciences or business reporting-related field.

? Two (2) years of work experience in a similar analytical role, with a focus on reporting preferred.

 

Skills/Knowledge

? Strong quantitative and analytical skills, such as the ability to develop metrics to summarize data.

? Ability and experience tailoring communication to the needs of business and technical stakeholders.

? Genuine intellectual curiosity for what makes the business run.

? Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio; experience with SQL, MS SQL Server preferred. 


Travel

? Limited travel may be necessary (<10%).

 

Physical

? Work will be performed primarily in an office environment.
